Dikili House is a 65 m² house near the Aegean coast, designed as a simple and restorative space for a couple. Guided by passive energy strategies and the principles of building biology, the house integrates rainwater harvesting, a heat pump system, natural ventilation, and predominantly natural materials—resulting in breathable earth walls and a non-toxic interior environment. Its form is defined by two roofs: a sloped photovoltaic roof optimised for solar gain and a flat green roof that blends seamlessly with the surrounding landscape, embodying a balance between sustainability, health, and tranquillity.
